We look forward to seeing you on the training course at our Hathersage training facility.
Eddistone Consulting runs the National Response Academy (NRA) and these instructions will assist you to get to the training location, on time and with the right expectations.
1. Course timings
Courses start at 09:00 and conclude before 17:00. Please aim to arrive 15 minutes before, so the course starts on time.
2. Late arrival and further information
Should you envisage or forecast that you will arrive late for the training course, please inform the office by email or by phone as soon as possible.

3. Health & Safety
We will provide a brief Health and Safety induction on arrival.
4. Course Location
Unless told otherwise, the course will be conducted in our training suite, in the Peak District.

Brunel House, Heather Lane, Hathersage, Derbyshire, S32 1DP.
We are located on the second floor (there is only one office block with a 2nd floor). We are part of an office complex so, on arrival, please press the buzzer for Unit 5, signed ‘Eddistone’ and we will release the door. There is a lift should you wish to use it.

6. Course materials
No preparation is required for the course, but we invite you to bring an electronic or paper copy of your Emergency Response Procedures for reference during the course.
We will provide a notes pack for the course.
7. Accommodation
Should you wish or need to stay over the night before and/or the night afterwards we recommend the following locations for accommodation during the course. All are within walking distance of the training facility.

All of these locations serve popular menus. Additionally Hathersage has other restaurants along the High Street including an excellent curry restaurant called Maazi, in the corner of a small market square towards the upper end of the high street.
Unfortunately accommodation and evening meals are not included in your course fee.
8. Catering
Tea, coffee, water, biscuits and lunch will be provided each day for the duration of the course.
Please note that we ask you to communicate any dietary requirements to us at least two weeks ahead of the training date. Please use opportunities@eddistone.com
9. WIFI
Free wifi is available for the duration of your course.
